In this Nedlands kitchen renovation, the primary goal was to create a seamless connection to the lounge area – which we achieved by removing a half-height wall and refinishing the stunning jarrah timber flooring. Designed for a busy family of four, we focused on functionality with dedicated appliance areas and two expansive preparation zones.
Emphasising a modern aesthetic that complements the home’s original features, we opted for Polytec Ultramatt Jasmine cabinetry, which complimented while adding a fresh, clean look. The double under-counter sink offers a tidy finish, while the Bianco Antico 30mm pencil edge stone engineered benchtop wraps around in an L-shape, featuring a stylish waterfall end.
To enhance convenience, we incorporated Blum servo-drive overhead cabinetry with the Aventos lift system for effortless access, as well as internal drawers in the pantry. The integrated Miele dishwasher and hidden waste, recycling, and FOGO bins streamline organisation. Minimalist lip handles maintain a sleek, assembled design. The rangehood is elegantly concealed within the cabinetry, and we reinstalled the existing oven. A tall spice cabinet utilises the narrow space beside the fridge, while a subway-tiled splashback nods to the home’s original heritage.
With reconfigured lighting, strip lighting under the overhead cabinets, and updated electrical systems, this kitchen now provides an inviting, functional space which meets the modern needs of our valued clients. We are thrilled to deliver this beautiful kitchen to our lovely, regular clients in Nedlands.
