This renovation transformed a cramped guest shower and laundry into a spacious, bright open area which maximises functionality and style. By removing a non-load-bearing wall, we seamlessly combined the tiny bathroom and laundry, creating a beautiful new space. A brand-new ceiling and bulkhead above the cabinetry enhance the room’s aesthetics.

We crafted bespoke cabinetry tailored to the layout, featuring a shallow tall cabinet next to the door to accommodate the light switch, a bank of drawers by the window, and an under-bench void for a new front-loading washing machine and dryer. Overhead cabinetry now provides additional storage, while the tall cabinet includes a hidden power point for charging the vacuum.

To future-proof the space, we designed a walk-in shower and installed a wall-faced toilet suite. A bidet spray adds an extra layer of convenience, considering the clients’ future needs. For comfort, we included a luxurious heated towel rail and a ceiling heat lamp to warm the area on chilly days.

The design features elegant terrazzo-look floor tiles paired with classic white subway tiles and contrasting black grout, complemented by a warm timber floating shelf above the sink for added charm.
