This renovation revitalised a two-bedroom apartment in East Perth, modernising its entire interior. Key upgrades included a kitchen renovation, a combined bathroom and laundry overhaul, and a toilet renovation – along with new hybrid vinyl flooring and skirting throughout the living areas and bedrooms. We also installed stylish plantation window shutters and repainted all surfaces for a fresh look.

We enhanced the kitchen’s storage and bench space by transforming the island into a double-sided peninsula, providing ample room for meal prep and cooking. We added multiple power points, including one in the custom corner cabinet for charging appliances. The fridge recess was widened, and overhead cabinets were extended, maximising storage.

In the bathroom-laundry space, we installed wall-to-wall vanity cabinets that discreetly concealed the hot water unit, along with a minimalist, under-counter basin and a mirrored cabinet for extra storage. We removed the shower step and installed a perimeter-framed shower screen, improving accessibility. The warm timber tiles and black fixtures also created a modern aesthetic.

The new toilet features a hand basin on top of the cistern, saving water and enhancing convenience. Despite the complexities of working within an apartment complex, we successfully delivered this stunning renovation to a delighted client.
