Unit Renovation – Mosman Park
Our client owns a number of units in this complex. This was her first renovation with Perth TLC Group. She is intending on upgrading all units as they become untenanted.
This one bedroom unit is located on the ground floor of the complex. Perth TLC Group carried out a full strip out of the kitchen, lounge room, dining room and bedroom. With minor works being carried out to the bathroom. A new kitchen complete with new appliances and fixings were installed. New (tenant friendly) flooring was laid throughout the property.
An upgrade of the lighting fixtures and new door hardware added to the new modern feel of the unit. The windows also had an upgrade with new window hardware added. To complete the transformation the property was painted throughout.
