The timber click lock decking on the 2nd story balcony of this property was stripped out.  The balcony was then inspected and an upgraded drainage system to help with water flow/drainage was installed.  A crane was required to lift the heavy steel bench seats off the balcony and lift tiles onto the balcony.  The entire balcony was then screeded and waterproofed.  Perth TLC Group supplied and laid new Travertine floor tiles in a french pattern.  The tiles were then sealed.  Once the tiles were complete dry the crane was back on site to refit the bench seating.  The bench seats were all re-stained and the balcony walls were given a fresh coat of paint.
