Wembley Water Dam Installation

We recently completed a water dam installation in Wembley to enhance an Aged Care client’s ability to shower independently. The project began with the careful dismantling and removal of the existing shower screen, followed by patching the points where the screen was anchored to ensure a smooth finish.

To effectively manage water retention within the shower recess, we installed Tyres water retention ramps on both sides of the shower area. This thoughtful addition helps contain water, minimising spills and providing a safer bathing experience.

Additionally, we fitted a U-shaped curtain track measuring 1140mm x 1070mm, along with a white weighted shower curtain. This setup not only offers privacy but also complements the overall aesthetic of the bathroom. The successful installation of this water dam is a testament to Perth TLC Group’s commitment to creating functional and accessible living spaces for our clients.
