This Subiaco unit underwent a comprehensive refresh, with updates to the bathroom, toilet, laundry, and a fresh coat of paint throughout. Our work combined style and functionality to transform and modernise the intimate space.
The bathroom and toilet previously featured aged, dark wall tiles and small mosaic floor tiles, which were replaced with contemporary, large-format tiles for a sleek and spacious look. We upgraded the shower-over-bath fit out with a roomy, walk-in shower with a practical channel waste.
Throughout the unit, we tackled outdated popcorn ceilings, giving them a fresh white paint finish to brighten the space entirely. We also installed new skirting boards and revamped doors and door frames with a glossy white coat for a polished, cohesive look.
All electrical switches and power points were upgraded, seamlessly blending practicality with modern aesthetics. A stunning hardwired mirror was added as the final touch in the bathroom, combining both style and functionality to complete the transformation.
