We transformed this Mount Lawley laundry space to enhance both functionality and style. The standout feature is a sleek new bench that spans over the washing machine, providing ample space for sorting and folding laundry. To streamline the design, we lowered the plumbing for the front-loader washing machine, allowing it to be neatly concealed under the sink. A hidden power point was also added, ensuring a tidy look while maximising accessibility.

Custom cabinetry in Polytec Polar White offers a modern aesthetic, complemented by additional drawers which provide easy access to essential items. The 20mm Engineered Stone top in Naturale Blanc, features a pencil edge, adding both durability and a touch of elegance to the space.

Fortunately, we were able to keep the existing floor tiles in-situ, saving time and resources. A vibrant splashback of colorful tiles brings a lively pop to the overall design, making the laundry both practical and visually appealing. This renovation exemplifies our commitment to creating beautiful, functional spaces tailored to our clients’ needs, within budget.

We have been using Peter and his Perth TLC Group team for years for everything from small repair jobs like storm damage, replacing guttering or installing (massive!) in-ground basketball towers to the entire refurbishment of four double bedrooms. Super efficient and thorough.They coordinate their loyal team of contract tradesmen with complete transparency, and communication is honest and timely throughout the project. Love the close relationship Peter and Denby have with their own staff as well as the many contract workers they employ. That's always the best sign of a great company!
