This one-bedroom unit renovation was our third project for a loyal client in the same complex – a real testament of the trust and confidence they place in our work at Perth TLC Group.

We modernised the entire space, tackling the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, electrical, painting, and window treatments to create a welcoming and functional space. The kitchen transformation featured a sleek U-shaped layout, complete with budget-friendly appliances and modern laminate benchtops – a redesign which exemplifies our commitment to combining style with practicality in every project.

In the bathroom, we concealed pesky plumbing pipes with custom cabinetry, resulting in a neat, streamlined appearance. A sleek framed shower screen replaced the outdated shower curtain – adding durability and sophistication to the space too.

The entire unit was transformed with new vinyl flooring and a fresh coat of white paint, creating a bright, airy and inviting atmosphere. Thanks to these thoughtful, efficient updates, the space was ready for a new tenant to move in right away!

We have been using Peter and his Perth TLC Group team for years for everything from small repair jobs like storm damage, replacing guttering or installing (massive!) in-ground basketball towers to the entire refurbishment of four double bedrooms. Super efficient and thorough.They coordinate their loyal team of contract tradesmen with complete transparency, and communication is honest and timely throughout the project. Love the close relationship Peter and Denby have with their own staff as well as the many contract workers they employ. That's always the best sign of a great company!
