For an aged care client in Karrinyup, Perth TLC Group carried out an ensuite shower modification designed to improve their accessibility and safety. The existing shower hob was reduced to a height of just 50mm, making it easier for the client to step in and out of the shower area. To ensure durability, comprehensive waterproofing was applied to the modified hob, followed by precise tiling using cream tiles with a sleek rounded white trim.

To further enhance accessibility, we installed a new, custom-sized shower screen that was reduced in width, allowing for a larger entryway into the shower. A new rod and weighted shower curtain were added to provide functional and stylish protection from excess water spray.

This project underscores our commitment to creating tailored solutions that balance safety, practicality, and aesthetics. We have been using Peter and his Perth TLC Group team for years for everything from small repair jobs like storm damage, replacing guttering or installing (massive!) in-ground basketball towers to the entire refurbishment of four double bedrooms.
