 Peter isn’t just the guy in charge – he’s the mastermind behind the magic. With a lifetime of experience in the building industry, Peter established Perth TLC Group back in 1997. His superpower? Turning what could be a construction chaos into a smooth, stress-free experience. Whether it’s managing a major renovation or fixing a minor hiccup, Peter’s got it covered with a warm smile and a passionate, can-do attitude. His secret sauce? A genuine care for clients and a commitment to making every project not just successful, but downright enjoyable.

Denby’s not just Peter’s better half – she’s the heart and soul of the Perth TLC team. With 20+ years experience in the building industry, Denby is the glue that holds it all together, making sure the work environment stays as strong as our foundations. Juggling day-to-day operations with ease, she also takes the lead on our aged care clients, proving that her versatility knows no bounds. Whether she’s boosting team morale, fine-tuning the business, or accepting awards for being the #1 mum to her and Peter’s two gorgeous grown-up daughters, Denby’s warmth and influence are felt in every corner of Perth TLC Group. Her secret weapon? A commitment to creating a workplace that’s as healthy as it is happy.

Peter is another of our standout On Road Servicemen. His move from Victoria to WA, coupled with his extensive building and carpentry experience, highlights his adaptability and unwavering commitment to top-notch craftsmanship. As a qualified carpenter, Peter handles a diverse range of projects, from timber ramps to vanity installations, with exceptional skill. His strong work ethic and dedication enhance his value to the team, ensuring high-quality results and reliability on every project. We’re thrilled to have someone with such a strong background and commitment in the Perth TLC team!

Darren is one of our standout On Road Servicemen, known for his diverse experience and exceptional communication skills. Whether he’s tackling hob reductions or handling roof maintenance – Darren’s problem-solving skills always shine through. His talent for keeping clients well-informed not only helps manage expectations but also builds trust and fosters long-term relationships. In fact, Darren is so beloved, many of our long-term clients specifically request him – which we know makes him blush a little. His contributions are key to client satisfaction and the overall success of the Perth TLC team.

With a knack for juggling tasks and a passion for precision, Steph is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our Perth TLC Group servicemen. Her stellar organisational skills are the secret weapon for our smooth-sailing operations. Steph ensures our servicemen are fully prepared and armed with all the right tools and information before they start their work. This kind of coordination is essential for flawless operations and efficient service delivery. Thanks to Steph, every maintenance job is executed with efficiency, expertise, and (of course) – a whole lot of TLC.

Monique is our renovation rockstar, overseeing all of our projects with finesse and flair. With 10+ years in the building industry, her extensive knowledge, combined with her knack for building fantastic customer relationships, makes her the go-to guru for even the most complex projects. From bathroom and kitchen makeovers to laundry and whole house renovations, Mon’s expertise covers it all. With a calm demeanour that could soothe even the most stressed-out client (one of her many mum-of-three talents!), Perth TLC clients know they’re in the best hands for a smooth and satisfying renovation journey.

Sharon is the ninja behind our numbers and the backbone of Perth TLC Group! With a wealth of experience in bookkeeping and a knack for managing accounts and payroll with military precision, Sharon keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine. She’s even got experience running her own business – which means she knows exactly what it takes to keep things steady and successful. Her organisational skills are second to none, ensuring that our business not only operates smoothly but thrives under her watchful eye. Sharon’s also a firm favourite with the office hounds, thanks to the secret stash of Schmackos in her desk drawer… but shhh! You didn’t hear it from us.

The quiet achiever. His experience includes napping in the accounts office, napping in the maintenance department, and occasionally switching it up by napping near the front door. He enjoys the company of like-minded hounds and has little patience for nonsense.

An integral member of the TLC team, known for his boundless energy and endearing clumsiness. His positive attitude and playful antics are core to our office culture program, bringing constant smiles and laughter to everyone. His favourite pastime is quoting with Head Honcho, Peter.
