Carport Repairs – Bayswater

Perth TLC group were a God send!
I rent my house to tenants and was told the carport was collapsing and my agent asked me to find a builder to attend to this. I live away, was on holidays overseas and have no idea of builders. TLC were recommended through social media. From the first phone call my panic mode disappeared. TLC organised an assessment and gave me advice on what needed to happen. Provided a quote and organised everything so professionally and timely I was always confident in dealing with them. Communication between TLC, myself and with the tenants was outstanding. They were not intrusive just one phone call and text then followed by emails – was so easy. Being busy, this made my life so much easier. Updates on status of work included photos. The work was thorough and cannot fault the result.
