A new dividing stud wall with cavity slider was installed to divide the shower area from the rest of the room.  A new cornice was supplied to the new wall to match in with existing cornice.  All ceilings, walls and floors were patched and repaired ready for tiling and painting.

The shower floor was screeded to correct the falls for the walk in shower as well as a new waterproof membrane applied to all wet areas.  Tiling services were carried out to walls, floors, splashback and skirting’s.

Once the tiling was complete new laundry cabinets with washing machine recess and laminate benchtop were installed.

A new vanity unit, tap mixer, tapware, shower rail, shower shelf and towel rail with integrated grab rails were installed.

Painting services were carried out to the whole area.

This walk in shower and new configuration to the laundry and bathroom vanity will ensure our clients needs are met going into the future.
