Unit Renovation – West Perth

This is the third renovation we have carried out for this client. This investment property 2 bedroom unit is located on the 7th floor of an apartment block overlooking Kings Park. Logistically it was a lot more complicated than most of our renovations as there is only 1 lift in this property so our staff and contractors had to be extremely considerate of other residents when transporting materials.

The kitchen was still in very good condition so the clients opted to not renovate the kitchen cupboards. A wall was removed which adjoined the hallway and kitchen giving the unit a greater sense of space.

The old carpet was removed and new vinyl and tile flooring was laid throughout. All the lighting was upgraded and the property was painted throughout.

The existing bathroom vanity and shower were also in very good condition so they also remained as is. New 8 door cupboards were installed at one end of the bathroom which created a fantastic amount of additional storage. The separate WC was also upgraded.

Perth TLC Group worked closely with the Council of Owners and Strata company to ensure a smooth renovation process with the end result being a highly functional modern unit.
